I recently had my second baby at Englewood Hospital, and my experience was amazing. Shout-out to my delivery nurse, Rufina—she was such a strong supporter throughout my journey, always showing up with a big smile and making my delivery experience even better. Meagan and Barbara also took excellent care of me and my baby during our stay. I’m truly grateful for all of them.

I had a prescheduled OR procedure done. I cannot say enough about this wonderful experience. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Before the procedure, the anesthesiologist, OR nurse, and MD came by to confirm care and invidual needs. I previously had bad reactions to anesthesia. This team made sure to cater the care to reduce the discomfort. My recovery was quick with no pain and minimal discomfort. I highly recommend this OR team and am grateful for their level of care.

I had a great experience here for my LEEP procedure. The hospital was clean, and then staff were great. Dr. Brescia was fantastic and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease! I also had many other hospital staff helping me during my stay. Nurse Sean was incredible at helping me recover post-surgery/being so kind to me, Elijah was great at transporting me, and Nurse Nadine helped me get discharged quickly!! Thankful to everyone at Englewood!

Dr. Marco is truly a God-sent angel on Earth. God works in mysterious ways, and I truly believe this was one of those moments. I’m so thankful my mother and I trusted our instincts and switched her care from St. Joseph’s to him. His knowledge, confidence, and compassion gave my mom something priceless .. peace of mind. And during her recovery, Englewood Hospital was nothing short of incredible. The level of care, kindness, and attention she received meant everything to us.

I recently had the pleasure of being cared for by the Cardiac team at Englewood Hospital. From the beginning in the E.R. where a thorough diagnosis was performed to a cardiac procedure in the O.R. I was completely at ease, and confident in the care I was receiving. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with 2 Englewood hospital labor and delivery nurses and great doctor that have worked with me during my stay here. Vanessa K from Labor and Delivery is the best nurse I’ve ever had the pleasure to be cared for by. My induction turned into an emergency c-section, and thanks to Vanessa’s care and excellent bedside manner and Dr. Penmatsa’s expertise and gentle care my baby boy got here safely, and a scary situation was taken care of with the best communication and compassion. I felt truly cared for and the follow ups after made me feel seen and heard. I also want to thank Sam the nurse that worked with me and my baby in labor and delivery and in mother baby unit. Sam is also very gentle and I felt safe with her and the way she cared for my son. These 3 people have made my care in Englewood Hospital very special. Thank you Englewood hospital for having people that care for their patients and take pride in their work like Vanessa K, Dr. Penmatsa, and Sam. I’m so happy this is where I decided to birth my son.

While I was on vacation, I went through a bad experience and ended up in the ICU. In my desperate time of need, Englewood Hospital provided top notch hospitality. The facility is newly renovated and spotless. Visitors and myself praised the unit I stayed in. We constantly expressed how it was better than a five star hotel. Nonni and Eric were my nurses at the ICU. Each nurtured and tended my ailments. They never complained despite their night shifts and long hours. When I moved to the floor, Englewood Hospital offered a room with a private bathroom. Nelli, Charmagne, Hadi, a young, beautiful, female nurse (whose name I cannot remember), Dr. Yelena, and Dr. Scott made my admittance one to remember. Nelli kept me entertained and made me feel at home. We spoke about our family and he reminded me once more of how loved I am by my father. I am eternally grateful for the experience at Englewood Hospital. Thank you and may many blessings find this place.

This hospital is filled with good vibes. That is because of the people who work here. The patient services greet you well!! The medical staff treat you well!! Nice and friendly environment to be in if you are a patient. Calms your nerves. Convenient parking lot and garage. Free Valet service at all entries. Excellent cafeteria if you are there for a long day and want to grab a bite.
